SEA THE SKY shines in debut win in Ammerland colours

SEA THE SKY was able to turn her long awaited career debut today at Chantilly into a formidable win and impressed especially in the final phase of the race. The Andre Fabre-trained two-year-old had entered the race with Maxim Guyon as one of the co-favorites and certainly fulfilled all expectations. The filly raced off the pace for most of the trip and kicked into a higher gear easily in the final straight, securing a three-quarters of a length advantage at the post.
SEA THE SKY, who we acquired as the sales toppers at last year's BBAG Yearling Sale, was bred by Gestuet Goerlsdorf and is the full sister to Derby winner and sire SEA THE MOON. We look forward to the upcoming turf season with the filly.
